Habits to Let Go of In 2017

The time has finally come to countdown the 5-4-3-2-1’s and hop on in to a new year, 2017! Que the perfect time to reflect and think about all of those negative things that no longer deserve a place in your life. Kind of like spring cleaning, the new year is a fresh start, new beginning and a dash of soul searching into all that you want to manifest in the upcoming months. So, what better way to move on to greatness than to let go of the tedious things that are holding you back from your full potential?

Stop procrastinating! Better said than done, am I right? But, having a long list of shoulda-coulda-wouldas will have you lingering from year to year without much to reflect on. Schedule that yoga class, start writing that blog you’ve been dreaming of, or do that load of laundry weekly instead of monthly.

Don’t scroll your instagram right when you wake up! Give your body and mind a chance to breathe and connect to the things you have going on in that ever-racing mind of yours. Hopping on to social media first thing in the morning can jumble your train of thought and make your day planning and goals a blur.

Less fast food, more home cooked meals. Your future self (and bank account) will thank you!
