Wow This Winter

Winter is here and at some point throughout the season, you may have a chance to experience time in a winter wonderland! Whether you live in a city blanketed with snow, or you plan on taking a trip up to the winter cabin, you want to be sure to be dressed appropriately and look super cute at the same time!  The key to keeping warm is to pile on the layers; beanies, scarves, sweaters, coats, gloves, and boots!  Here are some head-to-toe tips on WOW-ing with fashion this winter!
For starters, you want to make sure you don’t freeze your head off this season.  Keep your crown cozy by accessorizing with a stylish hat.  When opting for a casual getup, have some fun with a warm beanie.  Not many gals embrace hats, so if you’re looking to stand out and “cap” off your look at the same time, throw on a hat.

Another item that often goes months left unseen and unworn in your closet is the chunky sweater.  You bought it in hopes of looking fabulous but leave it hanging from the fear you may look, well….chunky.  Make sure you allow your sweater to make a statement and subdue the rest of your pieces.

Wrapping yourself up in a comfy scarf is a sure-fire way to keep you warm.   You can step out for  a stroll and still feel like you’re in the comfort of your cozy bed.   Scarfs can be worn throughout the year, but during the winter months dig out the over-sized scarves to bring the drama.  If you want to go out on a limb, bundle up with a cape instead of the standard scarf.

Finally, ground your look with a solid pair of winter boots.  There are just as many styles as there are days in the year, so your options are endless!  Going for sleek and chic?  Try booties.  For added drama pull on some over the knee boots that’ll make your legs look miles long.  If it looks like it’s going to be a rainy day, buckle up in a pair of moto boots.  With so many choices to choose from, you won’t be stuck with a frumpy pair of boots.  Browse our selection here to find your must-have items for winter!
