Healthy and Delicious Wrap Recipes!

Eating healthy can be little tough when there are so many delicious and savory dishes out there! But who says eating healthy can’t be just as delicious? There are so many great recipes out there that will keep you healthy while still giving your taste buds a satisfying meal. Starting with wraps! Wraps can be made differently to satisfy any craving you may have and they’re also incredibly healthier than any other burger or sandwiches out there. Here are some amazing wrap recipes that are yummy and very healthy for you as well!


Seafood is always a great source of protein to take in! This amazing Tilapia Wrap is incredibly delicious and also full of vitamin and protein one needs to get through the day! All you need for this healthy recipe is a whole wheat pita wrap, guacamole, mango salsa and a slice of grilled Tilapia! Spread the guacamole onto the pita bread, place in the tilapia slice and sprinkle some mango salsa on top! The sweet and savory taste will take your taste buds on an amazing ride!


This Spinach Feta Wrap is an amazing dish to have for breakfast! It’ll kick off your morning in a healthy and delicious way! All you need for this wrap recipe is 1 whole-wheat tortilla, 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 cups fresh spinach, 1 large lightly whisked egg,  2 tablespoons crumbled low-fat feta cheese and 1 tablespoon sun-dried chopped tomatoes! First, cook the mushrooms and peppers over a skillet for a couple minutes and then mix in the mushrooms and cook for a couple extra minutes. Mix in the egg and cook until the egg is fully cooked! Spread the eggs onto a cooked tortilla, sprinkle feta and sun dried tomatoes on top. Wrap it up and enjoy!


This delicious Sonoma Chicken Wrap will take your taste buds on an adventure! Wrap this baby up for lunch and indulge in the Sonoma goodness! All you need for this recipe is 2 whole grain tortillas, 1/3 cup of plain yogurt, 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts, 3⁄4 cup halved grapes, 2 large stalks of sliced celery, 2 tbsp chopped dried cranberries and  1/4 cup chopped walnuts! First, mix all the ingredients together into a bowl. Mix in the yogurt and mix well! Spread the chicken mix onto a warm tortilla and wrap it up! Enjoy!

All you need for his recipe is 8 whole wheat tortilla wraps, 8 ounces imitation crab meat, ½ cup tomato, diced, ½ cup cucumber, diced, 1 avocado, diced, 2 cups cooked brown rice, 3 tsp sesame seeds and low sodium soy sauce! First, mi in your rice and sesame seeds together in a bowl.  Scoop a small amount of rice onto each tortilla, 1 oz of imitation crab meat, some cucumber slices, tomato slices and avocados. Roll the tortilla in a burrito, tightly. Enjoy!
