There are so many amazing zucchini recipes out there that substitute greasy and fatty dishes like fries, chips and pizza. These recipes will help you take out the greasy foods from your daily diet while still satisfying your cravings for them. Not only are these recipes healthier for you but they’re also very tasty and satisfying!

Zucchini fries are a great way to substitute the greasy and oily fries you might purchase from a fast-food joint! These yummy and craving-satisfying fires will give you a whole new look at a healthier living. All you need for this recipe is 1 large zucchini, or 2 small zucchinis, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 egg, beaten, 1 cup, grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup Panko bread crumbs, seasoned salt, pepper and herbs! First, slice your zucchinis into slices! Combine your egg and olive oil into one bowl while combining your cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings into another bowl. Dip your zucchini slices into the egg mix and then into the seasoning mix and line those up into a greased baking pan! Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes and enjoy!

Substitute the greasy pizza for this yummy pizza inspired zucchinis! This super delicious dish will have our taste buds screaming for joy. All you need for this recipe is zucchini slices, parmesan cheese and mini pizza slices! First, top your zucchinis with cheese and then top it off with your pepperoni slices. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes and enjoy!

These enchilada stuffed zucchinis is a great dish to serve at dinner! Not only is it incredibly tasty but its also very easy to make! All you need for this recipe is enchilada sauce, shredded chicken, parmesan cheese and green onions. First, pour some enchilada sauce onto your baking pan and line up your zucchini slices. Stuff the slices up with tomato past, shredded chicken and parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes and enjoy!

This zucchini pasta is a great way to substitute any carb filled pasta dish! All you need for this delicious recipe is 3 strips of bacon (cut into bits), 1 large garlic clove, minced, 1 pinch of red pepper flakes, 3 medium zucchinis, freshly cracked black pepper, from a grinder, 1/4 cup grated pecorino romano cheese, 1/4 cup grated parmigiano reggiano cheese + more to garnish. First, shred your zucchinis into noodles! Cook the cut up bacon on a skillet for about 3-5 minutes, add the seasoning and cook for an extra 30 seconds, throw in the noodles and mix and cook for about 3 minutes! Enjoy!
