All you need is tortilla chips, ¾ Cashew Queso, ¾ cooked black beans, 1/3 cup of guacamole made with(1 avocado, ¼ tsp sea salt, 1lime juice), ¾ cups of chunky salsa, fresh jalapenos(sliced), red onions (sliced) and hot sauce! Sweet potato fried and spicy mayo is a great way to substitute your greasy original fries and ketchup! All you need is 2 large sweet potatoes (sliced), 2 tsp of olive oil, ½ cup of canola mayonnaise, ½ tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp hot sauce and salt&pepper! First heat the oven to 425 degrees and then add the sweet potato slices onto the pan, sprinkle pinches amounts of salt and pepper and bake for about 35 minutes. While this is baking, mix together the other spices and mayo into a small bowl and stir well. Once the fries are done baking, let them cool down and enjoy them with the spicy mayo!
