What’s the BIG Fuss about the LBD?

The famous Little Black Dress (LBD) is much older than I am…older than my mom… In fact, the concept of the LBD was first introduced by none other than Coco Chanel. In my humble opinion, this extraordinary woman held the keys to the kingdom for any man who’s ever asked: “What do Women Want?!” She was the first designer to really offer what women want (fashionably speaking). 😉 The LBD is an essential piece that every woman needs in her wardrobe. It’s a piece that is form fitting, form flattering, and refined with a touch of feminine power.

When choosing a little black dress, a girl needs it to be tailored to her own personal body. Going with simple yet elegant is usually the best choice. Stay away from dresses with too much detail, and/or too many loud qualities about the dress. Why? Because it’s a dress that’s going to look absolutely banging hot on the body, but subtle enough to wear over an over when you simply have NOTHING to wear.
