I love playing around with different color combinations when putting outfits together. A girl can grab inspiration from just about anything like Cotton Candy, Citrus Sorbets, and even Carnival inspired colors. I was perusing the top 2013 color combos for summer, and Miami colors really popped. It’s a mix of cerulean blues, corals, taupes, mints, and brick reds. I love all of these colors together, because they are complementary to one another, and they are not too outspoken to the naked eye. Take a look at the summer looks I’ve created for this color combo:
This coral jumper is paired with a neutral colored floppy beach hat that has accents of blue and red, some red sunglasses, a mint clutch, a fab white watch and my FAVIE part of the outfit…the neutral daytime heels. This outfit would be perfect for strolling South Beach.
The blue bathing suit is paired with some red sandals, a coral sarong, a nice mint accented necklace (because you know you won’t be swimming at those pool parties), and let’s not forget some Mint Nails, and Estee Lauder’s Bronze Goddess Self Tanning Lotion! I think the Nude and White towel complements the look nicely as well. 😉
So this summer, let’s start pairing some unique colors combos together from whatever inspires us.
