How can I emphasize my athletic, upper body?

I usually have a problem hiding my wide hips and plump thighs. I’m satisfied with my type of body which has been described as pear-shaped but I’d like to focus on emphasizing my athletic upper body. How do I do this?

If you have a pear-shaped body then you’d have wide hips, a defined waistline and small bust. The trick to dressing the pear shape is to work with styles that enhance and balance the upper body but minimize the lower body. A sheath, a baby doll style, an A-line silhouette and an empire waist show off your curves while reducing the width of your hips. You’d also want to draw the eye to your bosom in strapless and V-necklines.

Here are a few recommendations from Amiclubwear.

  1. So I was just wondering I have a huge sweet tooth! but trying to stay off the sugar to be healthy do you have any advice?

  2. You could substitute your sweets with fruits. But if your sweet tooth gets the better of you, you can make low calorie/low fat alternatives. You can use turbinado sugar, it’s a way healthier alternative to refined white sugar. Avoid whole milk and cream. Instead opt for low-fat and non-fat milk. Use low fat cream cheese if a recipe calls for it. Use whole wheat flour instead of white flour. I hope that encourages you to make your own desserts.
